hat’s what gets me going!

Since January 2012 I’ve been on a workout flow, and I don’t see why to stop. Working out is the best energizing stress releaser and mood pick-uper.

The workouts I do range from 5-20 minutes and are mostly bodyweight exercises I do at home in our living room. In this way I’ve been able to workout for a minimum of 4-5 times/week and benefit from the post-workout endorphins almost every day. I will most probably be posting more workout stuff in the future, because I really just can’t live without it!
