We went picking mushrooms but found only one tiny chantarelle. Didn’t make much of a soup that one. Luckily the forest was full of blueberries and lingon berries, so my oatmeal will have upgraded toppings this week. And the garden was full of damsons, which I wanted to bake something of. So I made damson cupcakes. Yum. With white chocolate cream cheese frosting. No pics of that, sorry.
